Gain insights into Combatant Command priorities at the 2025 Emerging Technologies for Defense Conference.

DTIC, in partnership with NDIA, will host a mobile Combatant Command (CCMD) Classified Reading Room at the 2025 Emerging Technologies for Defense Conference & Exhibition. The reading room provides authorized conference attendees the opportunity to view the CCMDs'  priorities and capability requirements in the form of classified Integrated Priority Lists (IPLs).

Eligibility:

• • Industry members who are U.S. citizens with an active security clearance of Secret or higher and who have potential technology solutions to support the challenging needs of current and future warfighters

• Applicants must be registered for the 2025 Emerging Technologies for Defense Conference and its classified sessions.

Apply for Access:

• Submit a Visit Access Request (VAR) form by July 18
• Email the completed VAR to DTIC’s Classified Reading Room mailbox at, with the subject line: ETI Conference-VAR

Additional Guidance:

• The Mobile CCMD Classified Reading Room prohibits visitors from taking notes or documenting classified data and information. As a reminder, no electronic and/or recording devices  (i.e., cell phones, thumb drives, cameras, smartwatches, fitness-tracking devices such as Fitbits or Apple watches) are allowed.
• Approved attendees may not send a substitute to take their place for their appointment to visit the Mobile CCMD Classified Reading Room.
• Approved applicants will be contacted by DTIC to schedule their viewing appointment before the conference begins.
