Dr. Mihan House McKenna Taylor, senior research scientist ST, U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center and DTIC User Council vice president. Dr. McKenna Taylor specializes in geology, geophysics, geospatial, and geotechnical fields for the Department of Defense. She leads near-surface phenomenology research to enhance operational environments through high-performance computing simulations and field experimentation. Her collaborations include various military and intelligence organizations, supporting both civilian and military end-users. Additionally, she holds research professor positions at Southern Methodist University and Mississippi State University and serves on multiple advisory committees.
Dr. Amanda Bullock, senior strategic advisor for digital and AI, Air Force Research Laboratory. In her role, Dr. Bullock focuses on AI implementation and fostering DoD-industry connections. She holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and has taught at multiple institutions including Wright State University and AFIT. Her civil service career includes roles as AI Lead for AFRL's Digital Capabilities Directorate and AFRL Deputy Chief Data Officer. Dr. Bullock has been instrumental in launching pioneering Generative AI experiments within DoD.
Ms. Lindsay Kotouch, research support librarian, Air Force Research Laboratory and DTIC User Council member. She serves as the Research Support Team Liaison for the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate, providing literature research support and data analyses. Lindsay is also on the DTIC User Council and manages the SOCHE/DAGSI Fellowship and Intern Program for AFRL.A retired captain, she joined the Air Force in October 2009 through the Commissioned Officer Training Program. After completing bioenvironmental engineering training, she held various leadership roles within the field. Following her medical retirement, she pursued a master’s degree in library and information science at Syracuse University, completing her internship at the D’Azzo Research Library before securing a permanent position in 2023.
